Good location, large floorplans, open park-like setting, and great property manager. Pool has just been re-done as well

When i first heard of this place, i was told the maintance was terrible and to live here. I have learned that is not true. The maintance guys respond to your issues at a very fast rate. they seem to care about the people that live here. Hell i have had many conversation with them. me and my wife love living here and plan on staying for a few more years.

Great community to live in. The apartments are a little older, but they are well taken care of. Rent is a little bit more than what you would pay for other areas in central Ogden, but what you are getting out of it is definitely worth it: more space and great staff! The maintenance staff is very kind and always try to get your issue resolved as soon as possible. They take their jobs seriously and don't just lounge around when they are working. The property manager is extremely nice and willing to put forth the extra effort to make things better. Whenever I've had an issue, I tell the manager and it gets taken care of usually the same day, if not within the next two days. He's a great guy and will always be happy to talk with you if you go to him.

Great location near university, friendly young community. The best layout in south Ogden. Friendly staff with a great maintenance team. The buildings are pretty good at handling sound, which is great. Plenty of guest parking.

We've had an awesome experience in Christopher Village. I won't lie, the apartments are old, and the fixtures are really outdated. But... The landlord is amazing; she's been seriously amazing about every issue we've had - including subletting our apartment. I couldn't ask for a better apartment manager, honestly, and it makes me nervous to move. She's been fantastic. The rent is really, really low for 1,050 square feet, and the utilities aren't that bad either! There's a mandatory $30 media package is pretty good too, even though I didn't want the cable package that's included. I wasn't really happy about it, but it's a negligible bill. And the maintenance guys are seriously the BEST you will find. We lived right next to them, and they're sweet as can be. They're newer to the complex (within the last year) but they are great at what they do! When we moved in, I had three issues that I briefly mentioned on my move in report; the issues were fixed before I even noticed. It was within a week! We're definitely going to miss this place.
