I moved in a few days ago and so far the experience has been lovey! The unit is wonderfully homey and I’m obsessed with the real wood burning fireplace. It seems like a quiet, family friendly community. The property manager, Kylee, has been a joy to work with. She has been organized and quick to respond to any questions I have had. I’m genuinely so excited to live here.

I love living here! They are pretty good at addressing maintenance issues in a timely manor. I love in a bottom one of the 4 plex and my electric bill is hardly ever above $30. They are a bit pricey, but it's because of the nice area it's in, and the quality of service. There are always good managers. It's worth looking into, because if you go to weber state and have roommates, the den can b easily turned into a room. Fireplace, pool, and laundry room!
